Last week we received word from TripAdvisor that we have been awarded a 2019 Certificate of Excellence, our third such gong, representing one for each year that we've been welcoming bed & breakfast guests to our home.
The Certificate of Excellence honours hospitality businesses "that deliver consistently great service across the world. This designation is presented to approximately 10% of total businesses on TripAdvisor that have consistently achieved great reviews over the past year. There is no application process for the Certificate of Excellence, and the achievement is earned over time."
So we're taking this opportunity to thank each and every guest who has stayed with us at Terragong over the past three years for your wonderful and very much appreciated 5-star reviews of your experience - we couldn't have achieved this accolade without you!
