Work has today commenced on refencing of the main paddock, which is approximately 6 acres in size. Our fencing contractor Michael has spent today removing the existing decayed fence posts and barbed wire. Over the next few days (fine weather permitting) new strainers and posts will be inserted along nearly 800 metres of paddock boundary and new barbed wire installed. We're looking forward to the week after next when our neighbour's dairy herd will take up residency.
